Hanneman Center is a cooperative transitional housing program between

Mariner's Bethel United Methodist Church and

Sussex Community Crisis Housing Services, Inc.

The purpose is to provide transitional housing

on an affordable basis for families.

Referrals may come from any source; priority will be given to

families that meet the following criteria:

• Homelessness.

• Head of household. Must be engaged in an educational / training program and maintain

    attendance with passing grades throughout the stay.

• Ability to pay 30% of income for rent and pay a security deposit.

• Ability to pay utilities, telephone, cable, water / sewer, trash etc.

• Willing to begin and maintain a saving plan for housing use upon departure

    from the program. Ability / willingness to attend workshops and other scheduled activates.

• Willing to participate in case management meetings.

• Willing to abide by all Hanneman House rules and regulations.
